age and experience is very important. example: older workers will not need to learn what to do as they are full of experience already. with experience, mistakes in the past have less chance to repeat again.

I beg to differ. Some older workers are not FULL of experience. And, mistakes might happen again if you are careless. However, your thinking is still acceptable. You're taking another point of view. :)
I agree with Leon. I believe that not all elderly are full of experience in working but I do agree when it comes to life. Age may not be necessary in terms of working. People who are young can be capable too.
Yup, especially work that requires learning and physical movements. For example, if an old person gets training for a technician job and is learning slowly. The person will be both wasting his time and the company's resources.

I agree, some of the old workers might have sickness that slows down their reactions, thus reducing working efficency.
